Second sea day, no cane, no moisturizer. Oh well, i am managing to get around. Probably will do me good. The sea has been rolling and the wind blowing so im loving the rocking. I heard that there are 1,000 guests on board....the ship holds 2,600 so the are no lines at any venue.
Headed to the Billboard for happy hour, stinger time and trivia then headed to dinner. A Cesar salad and a very tasty t Read on...
After the shenanigans of weather avoidance of recent days our pace has slowed somewhat for the remainder of the holiday.
We had never intended to spend time in the and certainly not in the Golden Circle especially as we had spent time in the latter before, but needs must after our escape from the clutches of blizzards in the NW.
We woke up to a bright, clear morning and thought all the weather Read on...
After a really wonderful three days on Cape Cod, whilst I felt ready to leave, I was also a little sad to be leaving and I missed it after I left - Im not quite sure why, but perhaps it was because if its tranquil nature, and different pace to the rest of the places I visited on my journey. Nevertheless, a Peter Pan bus was ready and waiting to pick me up at the Hyannis Transportation Centre, and Read on...
In Andorra we find we have no mobile phone coverage, which is unexpected for a country in the middle of Europe, but Andorra isnt in the EU and things are a little different here. My Australian Sim does not work at all and my British Sim works but has outrageous charges. Given the size of the country, neither it seems has cared to setup a full roaming agreeing with Andorra For us it makes little di Read on...
Greetings again from London. In this blog entry, I plan to write about my second two full days in the of England whilst based in Newcastle. After my first two days exploring the urban towns and cities of this far corner of England, I planned for my second two days to explore the more rural regions of the area. Monday - You can tell that this place - be it Iceland in general, or Egilsstair in particular - has a lot of American tourists given that it has a pretty authentic diner as a place to eat. We stopped off for a breakfast of american pancakes, maple syrup and bacon. Breakfast today was very ordinary at the hotel with the options very limited, but no real drama as I was not really hungry anyway so I just had the cream cheese on some stale bread and a raspberry yoghurt.

We knew we had a long travel day (4 hours) today so slept in a bit in Liverpool. After a nice breakfast at the hotel, we hit the road.
Most of our drive today was on motorways. Since today was about driving, heres what weve learned about UK driving.

Today is the day I planned specifically for Ed and Terrywe were headed to Cooperstownthe Baseball Hall of Fame. Anyone who knows anything about St Marys, knows the Wilsons were all about baseball. Going to Cooperstown was a dream of theirs. Read on...
