After taking two epic road trips last year, I was eager to take more this year. Maybe a Christmas season trip up through Vermont before darting over to Maine to see my cousins. Maybe I could follow that up with a late February/March trip to the Deep South: Alabama and Mississippi. Unfortunately, those were not to be. These days lifes plans frequently get changed and not for the better. In October Read on...
The travel and drive to Klamath Falls, Oregon felt long and tedious, even with stunning scenery. Were used to taking our time when we travel, stopping and seeing sights, and trying new places to eat. In a desperate move to get their share of the dwindling sports entertainment dollar, baseball begins tonight without fans in the stands. With substantial numbers of players testing positive for I wonder how long the season will progress. Friends for a meal are easy to find, friends until the end of life are difficult to find ~ Thai Proverb We were awake at 5:30am. We had an early start to Chiang Khong, and we had to organise our packs and pick up some breakfast beforehand. We decided to do the hop on, hop off bus today. Its 13 euro, and there are 2 routes that are both included. Fiest we headed to Hercules Csves. That route only goes every couple of hours.
