We left the albergue before 6:30, but there was so much fog we had to work to see the yellow arrows, much less any scenery. At about 8:30 we entered Gonzar and spotted the Hosteria de Gonzar, so we stopped for breakfast. Manoli and I both ordered plate with eggs and fries. I think hers had ham and mine had sausage, but my sausage was more like chorizo, so it was sort of tough. After breakfast, we continued on, passing through Castromaior. By this time the fog had lifted. We entered Vendas de Naron at almost 11am, so we decided to take a break at the Bar y Albergue O Cruceiro. Next we passed through A Previsa, Ligonde, and Airexe, were we got our first view of our stop for the day, Palas de Rei. Around 1pm, we stopped in Portos at the A Paso de Formiga for a coffee break. By the time we entered Palas de Rei, it was after 2pm and I hadnt had lunch, so after checking into the albergue, Albergue Castro, I had a hamburger and fries. It was really pretty good. We did our normal routine, but the WiFi wasnt working, so We went out to the supermarket to buy some light food and stuff for dinner and hit the hay by 9:30pm, since tomorrow was going to be a 26 kilometer day.
